I've been hosted with Bluehost for year but lately they have had major server downtime issues with no good explanations. They also went through a period of time where they were misidentifying my legit mail as spam (go figure). Every month something changes in their Spam settings (without notifications). I tested this just to see how this may work... and I would find them marking as spam emails from myself *to myself* as Spam even though the email is whitelisted and no one else but myself uses it.

Their customer support team seems to know almost nothing about controlling spam and when I ask to be bumped up to someone who may know a bit more... I'm told it's the fault of 3rd party spam programs that they have no control over (oh really?) so refuse to pass me to someone senior. I am looking for someone more reliable. Any suggestions? I'm looking at JustHost and also SiteServing.

I originally decided on this service because of a coupon code I had received...honestly at this point though I'm regretting it, even at the discounted price. I wish I had just saved the money and kept looking. Migration was an absolute nightmare..more headaches than I need and really surprising. I always assumed that their hosting was going to be excellent..I see the ads all over and figured they'd care about their reputation. Sadly though in my case it was far from reality. Every time I'd contact support it was an incredibly frustrating experience and I felt like we were going in circles. Half of the time their responses weren't even helpful. Moving elsewhere and if anyone from their support ever reads this, I REALLY hope you shape things up or you guys are going to end up losing a lot more customers I'm sure.

I have been using Sherweb for over two years, and have transitioned two other firms to them. They have been nothing but a pleasure and their support has been exceptional. i briefly tried a cheaper route with Microsoft and was extremely disappointed. I recommend them to everyone!

It works but their systems are soooooooooo slow. I'm regularly seeing messages from out Outlook about trying to connect to the server (theirs). Did they sell more accounts than they can handle? If they did, then why not put the money into upgrading their systems?!? I am not ready to leave them yet, but if I had to do it over, I would not choose Sherweb

I've used AppTix Exchange Hosting for a few months now and generally, I like it.
It is very simple to access my email from my iPhone, which is really important for my company. The shared calendar really helps as well when trying to set deadlines and meetings for my group. Overall, it's been a good and pleasant experience. One thing that I must complain about is that it does take the company to get back to you when you have a question. I contacted them and they did not get back to me until a few days later. Unfortunately, since this IS for a business, support should be easy and fast to reach. Because of this, I probably will try to find another company.

Our company had been using Google Mail for quite some time, as the development team was heavily Windows and Android based (they didn't really care for the Mac platform at all). Well, their was a changing of the guards so to speak and it was time for the Macs to take over in our office. Well, we were looking for a better syncing platform, and what we got was Pay Per Cloud Hosting. The syncing is great, especially for Macs and iPhones. The reliability is just as good, if not better than Google. Also, when you need to speak with someone about an issue, you get a truly helpful and knowledgeable representative each time. This company is well worth the money.

We have many employees on many different email platforms and needed a hosted exchange service that would set us up and manage our email accounts with a minimum of downtime at an affordable price. ExchangeMyMail did that. The set up process was fast and their customer effective. So this works for us.

IT Solutions Exchange Hosting is a very useful provider. It has been very user friendly throughout my use of the provider. I had a little trouble signing up but found the answer. Will be using this provider for the time to come. Recommend!

A long time ago, when management told me that they had decided to change our current Exchange host provider, I figured that they had done all of the necessary research beforehand; however, I forgot they aren't paid for that. Apparently, I am the one that is supposed to handle of the problems that they create.

So, here I am now with a fair Exchange host provider, all in the name of cost. Their anti-spam works effectively, but our previous provider was so much better, especially when it came to customer support. There have been several times where some our emails were not being fetched properly, and needless to say, customer services appears to be overpaid "script consultants". I could just about repeat the whole question and answer call with them right now.

There are some positives though, as of course, the price was lower. Of course, I could not care about the lower price unless they are considering taking my job away. I know I have to deal with this company, and for the most part, I can't complain, but I sure wish I had been asked to do so research into our hosting options first.

The features of Pay Per Cloud Hosting are out of this world. I'm a newbie to hosting, but the customer service I received from them was second to none! They are the best! I called one night and it was very late, but I had a problem that I couldn't find my own answers about. I was amazed that a real person answered the phone and literally guided me through fixing my problem! They're simply the best! And the set up was simple and pain free it was like they were holding my hand the whole time! Thanks guys! You're the best!
